By purchasing a subscription or product from The Little Letter Crew, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Overview
The Little Letter Crew provides a subscription-based service that delivers illustrated letters to children.
Our products are designed to be fun, creative, and engaging, bringing joy through storytelling and screen-free fun.
1. Subscription Options
We offer the following subscription plans:

Monthly Subscription – billed monthly, renews each month until 24 letters are sent (automatically ends after 24 months)

6-Month Subscription – billed every 6 months, renews once only (for a total of 12 letters), then automatically ends

12-Month Subscription – billed annually, renews once only (for a total of 24 letters), then automatically ends
There is no need to cancel once the full set of letters has been received, but you may cancel earlier if preferred.
2. Billing & Renewals

Monthly Subscriptions are charged on the 15th of each month

6-Month and 12-Month Subscriptions are charged on the 15th of the renewal month
-
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the first cycle, but only once for 6- and 12-month plans
-
Monthly plans continue until 24 letters are sent or cancelled
-
To avoid a renewal, you must cancel before your next billing date
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time.

If cancelled, you will still receive the remaining letters from your current paid cycle

Your subscription will not renew after cancellation

Monthly subscriptions will automatically end after 24 letters if not cancelled earlier 6- and 12-month subscriptions will not renew more than once

You can manage or cancel your subscription any time by logging into your account and visiting the
My Subscriptions section.

4. No Refund Policy
Please note: we do not offer refunds once a payment has been processed.

Cancellations made mid-cycle will still receive all letters remaining in the current period

Refunds will not be issued for change of mind or unused portions of the subscription
5. Birthday Letter

It includes a personalized letter from your chosen character, posted during the child’s birthday month
-
The Birthday Letter must be purchased by the 15th of the month prior to the child’s birthday month to ensure timely delivery
-
For example: To receive a birthday letter in July, the add-on must be purchased no later than June 15
-
Late purchases may result in delivery after the birthday month, we will do our best to make sure the letter is sent in time
6. Shipping

Letters are posted on the 1st of each month using regular (untracked) mail

Delivery times vary by country and postal service

While we are not responsible for postal delays, we’re always happy to help if your letter doesn’t arrive
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and in our letters—including text, artwork, character designs, and branding—is the property of The Little Letter Crew and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
8. Use of the Website
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to anyone who violates these Terms.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
