Dispatch Schedule
All letters are posted on the 1st of each month. If the 1st falls on a weekend or public holiday, your order will be sent on the next business day.

Order Cut-Off

Orders placed by the last day of the month will be included in the next month’s postage. Orders placed on or after the 1st will begin with the following month’s letter.​

Australian Birthday letters will be posted on the 1st of the Birthday month.

International  Birthday letters will be posted on the 15th of the previous month

Shipping from Australia​​

Postage is simply the cost of a standard stamp, and will be added at checkout.​

​

Current stamp rates (in AUD) and estimated delivery times:​

• Australia – $1.70 | 6–7 business days
   

• USA / Canada – $4.10 | 15+ business days
   

• UK – $4.35 | 15+ business days

• New Zealand – $3.00 | 15+ business days

 

We use standard letter delivery via Australia Post, which means letters are not tracked.
