The Little Letter Crew is a magical monthly mail subscription. Each month, your child receives a personalized letter from one of our charming characters, like a curious cat, a wise turtle, a brave dog, or a magical unicorn! It’s screen-free fun that sparks imagination and brings joy to your letterbox.

Our letters are designed especially for children aged 3 to 9. Younger kids often enjoy reading with a grown-up, while older children love reading their letters independently.

That said, we've had plenty of older siblings (and even grown-ups!) tell us they enjoy the stories just as much.

You can choose from:

• Monthly Plan: $14 Monthly Cancel subscription anytime
  

• 6-Month Subscription: $72 every 6 months Subscription ends after 2 cycles
  

• 12-Month Subscription: $140 every 12 months (includes a FREE birthday letter) Subscription ends after 2 cycles
  

• Birthday Letter Only: $15 one-off

• One-Off 6-Month Letter Pack: $84 (includes 6 letters, posted monthly — no subscription or renewal)

Yes! When signing up, you can select your child’s character (like Logan the Dog or Lola the Cat).

Each character has their own personality, catchphrase, and themed stories.

Letters are posted from Australia on the 1st of each month via regular post (not tracked). Delivery times vary by location:

• Australia: 6–7 business days
  

• USA/Canada/UK/NZ: 15+ business days

Australian Birthday letters will be posted on the 1st of the Birthday month.

International Birthday letters will be posted on the 15th of the month before

If your letter hasn’t arrived and is more than a week past the expected delivery timeframe, please email us at hello@thelittlelettercrew.com and we’ll investigate or send a replacement.

Yes! We send letters to Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and the USA/Canada. Postage is added at checkout based on your location and matches the cost of a regular stamp.

Absolutely! Each child can have their own subscription with a different character, so no one misses out on the magic.

You can cancel your monthly subscription anytime before your next billing date. 6- and 12-month subscriptions are prepaid and non-refundable, but you can cancel before the end of the first cycle to prevent automatic renewal. These subscriptions end automatically after two cycles. The One-Off 6-Month Letter Pack is a single purchase and does not renew.

Yes! Our characters love hearing from their friends. If your child writes a letter and posts it back to us, they might receive a little note or surprise in return.
